Corporate
Photography

Executive and team portraits, offices, factories and production areas, events and press photos. We set up the shoot at your premises and deliver a consistent photo library for your website, LinkedIn, press kit and catalogs.

Live demo · Portrait light

Move the light, change the face.

In corporate portraits the angle and height of the light shape how a person is perceived. Drag the lamp or pick a setup and watch the nose shadow and the cheek triangle change.

Schematic drawingClosest setup: Rembrandt

45° and high: a triangle of light on the shadow cheek. More character, an editorial feel.

Executive portraits

For your website, press releases and speaker profiles. We shoot backdrop studio portraits and environmental portraits in the office in the same session.

Team and staff portraits

Every employee is photographed with the same backdrop, lighting and framing. The setup is recorded so new hires can be shot to the same template later.

Offices, showrooms and facilities

Entrances, reception, meeting rooms, showrooms and workspaces. Architectural lines kept straight, spaces shown as they really are.

Factories and production

Production lines, machinery, warehouses and quality control. For the catalogs and websites of furniture, textile, food and metal manufacturers in Kayseri.

Events, trade shows and launches

Speakers, room overviews, booths, product presentations and attendees. Shots for the press can be selected while the event is still running.

Press kit

Executive portraits plus facility and product images in a single folder, in high- and low-resolution versions the press can download.

LinkedIn and careers page

Profile photos, cover images and "what it's like to work here" shots for job postings.

Clinics and healthcare

Physician portraits, exam rooms and waiting areas. Patient privacy is respected: patient faces and screens showing personal data stay out of frame.

Corporate portraits and teams

Everyone is shot with the same light, backdrop and framing, so no one looks bigger or darker than the others when they sit side by side on your team page. With a few minutes per person, the day moves along without disrupting the workflow.

List and time schedule

Together with HR we prepare the list of people and time slots by department. Nobody waits for hours, and nobody has to drop their work to show up.

Before the shoot notes you can share with your staff

Your HR or corporate communications team can share this list directly with employees.

Delivered files

If the website or catalog where the photos will appear is also being produced, let's build the shot list together: corporate website, catalog design. For moving footage of your plant, see our factory film.

People are cropped at the same eye line for a uniform look on the site.

Employee photos, rights and KVKK

Beyond the technical side of corporate photography, it matters whose photo is used where and for how long. Here is what we recommend clarifying before the shoot:

Let's talk about your project

Book a call ↗

Employee photos are personal data under KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law). Using them on your website and social media usually requires the employee's explicit consent; we recommend finalizing the wording with your legal advisor

Plan from the start how a departing employee's photo will be removed; your team page should be easy to update person by person

The channels where the photos will be used, and for how long, are set out in writing in the contract

Unless agreed otherwise, raw files and unselected shots are not delivered or shared

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

We do most corporate shoots at your premises. For portraits we bring a backdrop and lights and set up a mobile studio in a space such as a meeting room, so employees aren't away from their work for long. Facility and office shots can be taken the same day.

For backdrop portraits, a few minutes per person is usually enough; the real deciding factor is people showing up on time. With a schedule by department, a mid-sized team can be photographed in a single day. For large teams or multiple locations, the shoot is split across several days.

Yes. At the first shoot we record the backdrop color, light positions, camera height and framing. New team members are photographed with the same settings, so their photos match the rest of the team page.

We balance color and light, even out skin tone, and fix temporary blemishes such as acne, stray hairs and glasses glare. We do not make edits that change how a person looks, such as altering facial features, slimming someone or making them look older or younger.

We follow your health and safety rules and work with the required protective equipment, accompanied by a member of your staff. Framing near running machines is decided together with your team. Areas with confidential products, client projects or patented processes are discussed in advance and kept out of frame.

The channels where the photos will be used (website, social media, press, print, advertising) and for how long are set out in writing in the proposal and contract. Employee photos also require each person's own consent; this is a matter between you and your employees and should be completed before the shoot.

Delivery time depends on the number of people and shots and on the level of retouching, and is confirmed in the proposal. For events, if a few shots need to go to the press or social media on the same day, we agree on them in advance and set them aside during the shoot.
