Hotel
Promotional Film
Before booking, guests tour your hotel in their minds. We turn that experience, from the room to the restaurant and from the pool to the view, into a realistic and inviting film.
One shoot, four formats: how the frame adapts
A hotel film is shot as a 16:9 main film; vertical, square and ad cutdowns come from the same footage. Pick a format and drag the frame to keep the subject centred. The strip below shows which parts of the main film go into each cutdown (example).

How Is a Hotel Shoot Planned?
A hotel runs 24/7. We run the shoot in coordination with housekeeping and the kitchen team, without disrupting guest comfort.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗Rooms are styled before the shoot; textiles, lighting and accessories are checked
The shoot schedule is built around occupancy, season and weather to disturb guests as little as possible
Licensed music and sound design create a mood that fits the hotel's character
Separate edits at different lengths and aspect ratios are produced for your website, booking platforms and Instagram
From room to view, six sides of a hotel
Rooms & Suites
We film each room type separately, with its bed layout, view and bathroom details. With a balance of wide-angle lenses and natural light, we never make a room look bigger or smaller than it is.
Restaurant & Kitchen
From the breakfast buffet to à la carte service, from the chef plating a dish to behind the bar, we capture the food and drink experience in mouth-watering close-ups.
Pool, Spa & Wellness
Poolside, hammam, sauna and massage rooms are filmed in slow-motion shots that let you feel the steam, the water and the textures. Shoot times are planned separately to protect guest privacy.
Sunrise & Night Atmosphere
A day at the hotel: first light in the morning, activity during the day, lighting in the evening. Blue hour, when the facade and pool lighting look their best, is planned separately.
Actors & Guest Scenes
A living hotel instead of empty spaces: we stage natural scenes with actors who match a couple, family or business traveler profile. Casting and wardrobe are chosen for your target guest.
Location & Surroundings
The hotel's location, nearby attractions and ease of access are shown with drone and exterior footage. Destination advantages such as Cappadocia or Mount Erciyes become part of the film.
The film's flow: a day in the guest's life
The film follows a guest's day at the hotel, from first light to the evening lighting. Drag the timeline; each section is a scene.
Arrival & First Impression
The entrance, lobby and welcome at reception; this is where the film sets what the hotel feels like in the first five seconds.
Every version, where the guest meets it
The versions cut from one shoot play at different moments of the guest's journey: on the phone while discovering, on a booking platform while comparing, on the website while booking, in the lobby on arrival.
Vertical Cuts
Short 9:16 versions for Reels, TikTok and Stories that grab attention in the first second.
The film guests
recognise on arrival
A hotel film is a promise. We shoot it without exaggerating the space, without disrupting operations, and so it can be updated season by season.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Yes. We film common areas at times when guest traffic is low and plan rooms around a list of vacant rooms. Faces of guests who appear in the footage are not used without their written consent.
No, but footage of empty spaces often feels cold. Depending on the budget, natural scenes can be staged with professional actors, hotel staff or guests who have volunteered and given consent.
For summer hotels, the start of the season when the pool and garden look their fullest is ideal; for city and winter hotels, the snowy period or the New Year atmosphere. Some hotels plan a separate short shoot for each of two seasons.
Video support and upload rules vary by booking platform, and some may have no video slot at all. A short version at a suitable length and ratio can be cut from the main film; we check the current rules before delivery.
The structure we recommend: a 1–2 minute main film for your website homepage, 15–30 second vertical cuts for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and a silent loop for the homepage background. The final list is set during the brief.
It can, but because photo and video use the same light and set-up for different lengths of time, planning a separate crew or extra shooting time gives better results. It can be planned together with our hotel photography service.
We only use music licensed for commercial use in our films. That means you can publish the video on your website, in ads and on social media without copyright claims.
