Trade Fair Stand
Design
At a trade fair, visitors decide within a few seconds, while walking down the aisle, which stand to enter. We design stands that turn that decision in your favor, are buildable on site and fit your budget.
How many sides are open?
The stand type decides from how many directions visitors can see and enter it. Switch between inline, corner, peninsula and island stands and watch how aisle flow changes.
↳ Switch the stand type
Visible from two aisles; the corner becomes a natural entry for visitors from both directions.
Dots: illustrative visitor flow in the aisles and into the stand.
Concept Development
Is your goal at the fair to take orders, find distributors or launch a new product? We build the concept around that goal and present two or three different approaches with sketches and a moodboard.
3D Visualization
The approved concept is modeled at real dimensions; with photorealistic renders from different angles, you see the stand through the eyes of a visitor in the aisle before it is ever built.
Technical Drawings & Dimensions
Plans, sections and elevations; wall heights, material notes, electrical and lighting points. Detailed enough for the stand builder to quote directly and start fabrication.
Graphics & Print Files
Files at real size, with bleed and the right resolution, for fabric and vinyl banners, foil, foam board, lightboxes and counter fronts. The type scale for headlines read from a distance is tested separately.
Visitor Flow Plan
Depending on whether it's a corner, island or inline stand, we plan the entry direction, product display, meeting area and storage. Openings are left that make it easy for people in the aisle to step in.
Production Coordination
We work with your own stand builder or one we choose together. We answer technical questions, check samples and colors, and follow the build to make sure it matches the design.
Design approach
by stand type
The same brand in four stand types on a bird's-eye hall plan. As the open sides and aisle flow change, the brand wall, product island and meeting area move too.
Inline Stand
Only one side opens onto the aisle. The back and side walls are the strongest graphic areas; depth and lighting make up for the narrow frontage.

From Design to Build Day
Stand design doesn't end with the render. When organizer rules, production details and the build schedule are factored in from the start, there are no surprises on the morning of the fair.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗The organizer's stand regulations, height limits and mezzanine rules are reviewed from the start
How the stand will look from the aisle and from a distance is tested from different angles in the 3D model
Technical drawings and print files are delivered to the builder complete, in a single package
Modular parts that can be reused after dismantling are planned into the design in advance
What we pay
attention to
Web, production, design and advertising run in one team; every job starts with a measurable goal and a written scope.
About us →Our Process
Brief & Regulations
We confirm the fair, stand size, number of open sides, products to be displayed and budget range.
Concept Presentation
Different design approaches are presented with sketches and reference images, and one direction is chosen.
3D Model & Renders
The chosen concept is modeled to scale and rendered with materials and lighting; revisions are made at this stage.
Technical Package
Technical drawings, a materials list and print files are prepared and sent to the builder.
Production & Build Follow-up
Questions during production are answered, and on build day the stand is checked against the design.

Questions
Allowing for design, organizer approval and production, starting at least 6–8 weeks before the fair gives a comfortable schedule. Custom fabrication or large island stands take longer. For projects that come in with less time, we recommend working with ready-made modular systems.
We handle design and technical documentation; fabrication is done by stand building companies. We coordinate with your existing builder if you have one, or with a company we choose together. That way you can evaluate the design and the build quotes independently.
We build the model at real dimensions with the textures of the chosen materials. Even so, print colors, light temperature and hall lighting can make small differences on site; for critical colors, we recommend checking a print sample.
A shell scheme stand is the organizer's standard panel system; only the graphic areas can be branded. A custom stand has its structure, height, lighting and layout designed entirely around your brand. We also provide graphic design and layout support for shell scheme stands.
Yes. Since the design and technical files are prepared digitally, the fair's location doesn't matter. Production abroad can be done by a stand builder in that country; we prepare the files with English notes.
Render images (JPG/PNG), technical drawings (PDF and DWG), print files (scaled PDF, AI/EPS if needed) and a materials list. For modular systems, a parts list and assembly diagram are also included.
Yes. We can prepare catalogs, brochures, business cards, roll-ups, product labels and the promotional video looping on the stand screen in the same visual language.
