Portfolio & Reference
Catalog
New clients get to know you through the work you've done. We prepare a portfolio that presents your completed projects with key facts, images and a short story, and builds the same confidence in a meeting, a tender or an email.
From project to case study
A portfolio lays work out like a gallery; open a project and it becomes a case study with credits, brief and solution. Filter by type and open a project.

Project Page Structure
A recurring structure for every project: key facts (location, year, area, client, scope), a short project story, a lead image and detail pages. Readers find what they're looking for in the same place for every project.
Image Selection & Sequencing
From hundreds of project photos, we select the shots that carry the story: overall views, details, the space in use. Before-and-after comparisons and construction-phase images are used where they add value.
Drawing & Sheet Integration
Site plans, floor plans, sections and diagrams are simplified to fit the page layout; line weights and text sizes are made legible in print.
Reference & Qualification File
A corporate file presenting the work experience lists, documents and certificates required in tenders and prequalification applications, in an orderly, easy-to-verify format.
Print Portfolio
A landscape or square format with a page structure suited to using images large. Paper, binding and cover are recommended based on where the portfolio will be used.
Screen & Presentation Version
A digital PDF that can be projected in meetings, small enough to send by email, with a clickable table of contents and project links.
Which portfolio type
suits you?
The same spread is re-composed for each type: drawings and project data, a work experience list, a space-by-space grid, or one image bleeding across both pages. Pick a type.
Formats
delivered
Four different outputs come from a single source file. Pick a format; once the export finishes, see how that output is used.

Preparing a Good Portfolio
The real work in a portfolio project is choosing the right selection from dozens of projects in the archive and presenting each one in the same structure. The design is built on those decisions.

An easy-to-update file structure is set up that can grow as new projects are added
What we pay

Frequently Asked
Questions
A product catalog lists the products you sell with codes, dimensions and technical details; it's used for sales and ordering. A portfolio presents completed work and projects; it builds trust by showing what the company can do. If you need a product catalog, take a look at our catalog design page.
Architecture and interior design practices, construction and contracting firms, engineering and project companies, landscape firms, furniture and fit-out contractors, agencies and photographers are the groups that request one most often. For firms bidding on tenders, a reference file is especially important.
The quality of a portfolio is largely determined by its images. Existing photos can be improved to a degree with color and perspective correction. For key projects, planning an architectural or drone shoot is a worthwhile investment, considering the portfolio will be used for years.
Some clients may not want their names or projects used in public materials. These projects can be presented without the client's name, with only the project type and location. We review permissions together during content gathering.
You can, but to avoid misleading readers, ongoing or unbuilt projects must be clearly labeled as renders. For completed projects, real photos are always a stronger reference.
