Social Media
Design
Followers look at your profile for a few seconds and form an impression of your brand. We design visuals that make every post feel like it comes from the same brand, read well on small screens and suit each platform.
From a messy feed to a template set
Individually nice posts can look scattered together on the profile grid. A template set fixes colour, type and order, so the feed reads as a whole.

A Consistent Social Media Look
Instead of individually nice posts, we build a system that can be produced at the same quality all month long. That way, content made by us and by your team looks the same.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗Brand colors, fonts and photographic style are adapted to social media scale; legibility on small screens is tested
A family of templates is created by content type, along with a one-page social media style guide
Every design is adapted to the required ratios such as 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, with the platforms' crop areas in mind
Files are named by date and platform and delivered together with their editable sources
From post to story, one visual system
Feed Post Designs
Separate layouts for content types such as announcements, products, quotes, tips and events. A feed that looks cohesive, not scattered, when posts sit side by side in your profile grid.
Carousel Structure
A curiosity-sparking headline on the first card, step-by-step information in the middle, and a save or share prompt on the last. Seamless backgrounds keep the swipe between cards smooth.
Story & Reels Covers
Designed in vertical 9:16 format, respecting the safe areas not covered by interface elements such as the profile name, engagement buttons and caption area.
Profile & Highlight Set
Profile picture adaptation, story highlight covers and cover images. Visitors recognize the brand the moment they first look at your profile.
LinkedIn Corporate Visuals
A simpler, information-led visual language suited to a corporate tone, for job posts, trade fair announcements, team introductions and industry content.
Holiday & Campaign Sets
Consistent sets in post, story and ad sizes, planned in advance for periods such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, New Year, Mother's Day and Black Friday.
Ad Creatives
Different visual variations of the same message for Meta and LinkedIn ads, prepared with headline and image combinations that can be tested in Ads Manager.
Motion Visuals
Short animated versions of static designs: text reveals, product highlights, logo animation. Delivered as MP4, ready to upload to Reels and Stories.

What's in
the template set?
One master template, built up layer by layer: style guide, post and story templates, and source files. Every new post is derived from this system.
Ratios derived from one template
So your feed
reads as a whole
Not individually nice posts, but a system your own team can keep up, with ratios and safe areas defined from the start.

Frequently Asked
Questions
With the design service, we take on visual and template production; the posting calendar, copy and account management stay with you. Our social media management service also includes the content plan, copywriting, posting and reporting. Depending on your needs, you can choose either or both.
We don't impose a fixed package. We agree the monthly number of posts, carousels and stories together, based on how often you post. If an extra campaign comes up during the month, it can be planned separately.
Yes. We prepare the template set in Figma or Canva, depending on the tool your team uses. Text and image areas are left editable within a locked layout, so updates can be made without breaking the composition.
As standard, we prepare 1:1 and 4:5 for the Instagram feed, 9:16 for Stories and Reels, and landscape ratios for LinkedIn and X. Since platforms update their recommended sizes from time to time, we check the current values before delivery.
We can work with licensed stock images, but real photos are always more convincing for product and team content. If needed, we can plan a product or corporate photo shoot and build an image library for social media.
We can, but we recommend creating a basic identity first. Social media designs produced before logo, color and font decisions are settled quickly start to look inconsistent. We can plan both together with a quick basic identity project.
Yes. We prepare short animated versions of the designs as MP4. For Reels and TikTok videos that require filming, we work together with our social media video production service.
Source files for designs that have been paid in full are handed over to you, and you're free to use them for your brand. If licensed fonts or stock images were used, their license terms are communicated separately.
