CRM
Software

When customer records, quotes, conversations and follow-ups are scattered across Excel files and phones, your sales process depends on individual people. A CRM built around your sales steps brings this information together in one place, so nothing is lost when the team changes.

Drag the deals and reminders set themselves up

This is what everyday CRM use looks like: every inquiry is a card, every stage a column. When a card moves into a column, that stage's automation runs, so nobody keeps reminders in a spreadsheet.

↳ Drag the cards; with a keyboard, focus a card and use ← →.

Modules

One panel for every trace of the sale

01

Customer and company records

Company, contacts, addresses, tax details and the full conversation history on a single record. No more hunting for who said what, and when.

02

Your own sales stages

Stages such as "Inquiry – Sample – Quote – Revision – Order" are defined around how you work; opportunities are tracked on a drag-and-drop board.

03

Quote builder

PDF quotes on your branded template, with product/service lines, discounts, VAT and currency selection. Revisions are kept as versions, so you never lose track of which price was quoted.

04

Tasks and reminders

Callbacks, quote expiry dates, sample follow-ups. Overdue items are flagged to the sales rep and their manager.

05

Automatic lead capture

Inquiries from website forms and ad lead forms land in the CRM as records and are assigned to the right rep along with their source.

06

Roles and permissions

Reps see only their own customers, regional managers their team, admins everything. Export and delete rights are restricted separately.

07

Reports

Open opportunities by stage, activity per rep, reasons for lost quotes, and inquiries broken down by source.

08

Accounting and ERP connection

Won quotes are transferred to software such as Paraşüt, Logo and Mikro as customer accounts and orders, and payment information is read back.

09

Use in the field

The panel is designed to work on phones and tablets. If camera, location or offline use is needed, a mobile app is planned separately.

By industry

What a CRM tracks in different businesses

Options

Excel, off-the-shelf CRM or custom CRM

Most businesses start with Excel. The comparison below makes it clear when it's time to take the next step.

Custom CRM

A system built around your sales steps, quoting structure and the software you use.

  • Only the fields and screens you actually use
  • Direct connection to your ERP, accounting and web forms
  • No per-user licenses, data on your own server
  • Requires development time and an initial investment
  • Requires developer support for maintenance

Best for: Businesses with their own distinct processes, such as dealer networks, samples or project-based quotes.

How we work

From Excel to CRM in four steps

01

Understanding your sales process

We talk with your sales team and managers and map today's flow (Excel, WhatsApp, email) step by step.

02

Fields and screen drafts

Customer record fields, stages, the quote template and reports are presented as draft screens for approval.

03

Development and data migration

The system is built module by module; old records are cleaned up and imported into a test environment, where the team tries it with real data.

04

Training and go-live

Role-based training, a short user guide and close follow-up in the first weeks. Small adjustments are made based on feedback.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Off-the-shelf CRMs get you started quickly and are enough for many businesses; sometimes we recommend trying one first. A custom CRM makes sense if your quoting structure, dealer/sample process or ERP connection doesn't fit packaged products well, if per-user license costs grow heavy as your team expands, or if you want your data on your own server.

Yes. We take scattered Excel files, email address books or exports from an old CRM; different spellings of the same company are merged and missing fields are flagged. The import is done in a test environment first and goes live after your team has checked it.

The server is hosted under an account opened in your name, preferably in a data center in Turkey. The system is set up with permission boundaries, activity logs (who viewed or changed which record) and encrypted connections. Obligations such as the privacy notice, data inventory and, where required, VERBİS registration (Turkey's data controllers registry) rest with your business as the data controller under KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law); on the technical side, we set up the fields and processes to support them together.

It can be connected to your SMS or email service provider. However, sending commercial electronic messages (campaigns, promotions) requires the recipient's consent, and that consent must be registered in İYS (Turkey's Message Management System). We set it up so consent status is kept as a field in the CRM and checked before sending.

The panel is designed to be comfortable to use in a mobile browser. If you need to add photos during visits, log locations or work in areas without internet, a separate iOS and Android app can be planned.

A custom-built system has no per-user license fee; the cost consists of development, hosting and maintenance. The server setup is chosen based on the expected number of users and records, and scaled up as needs grow.

It's often best to go live first with the modules you need most (customer records, stages, tasks) and leave quotes, reports and integrations for later stages. The duration of each stage is set out in the proposal after the analysis.
