Drone
Filming
We shoot aerial photos and 4K video for hotels, factories, construction sites and real estate projects. We handle the whole process, from zone checks and flight permits to weather planning, color grading and editing.
The story changes as you climb.
From the same take-off point, each altitude tells something different: low for facade and detail, mid for the building and its surroundings, high for location and region. Turn on the airspace layer to see what gets checked before a shoot.

Building + surroundings
The building with its garden, roads and neighbourhood in one frame.
The building with its garden, roads and neighbourhood in one frame.
Hotels and tourism
The hotel's location relative to the valley, the town or key landmarks, plus the composition of the pool, garden and terrace. In Cappadocia, hours with balloon traffic are kept out of the flight plan.
Factories and industrial zones
The size and layout of the facility, the shipping area and its connections to the surroundings. For catalogs, websites and investor presentations.
Construction progress tracking
Shots repeated at set intervals from the same points, at the same altitude and angle, and archived as a dated series.
Real estate projects
How the plot and the project relate to their surroundings: roads, schools, parks, views. Photos and short videos for the sales office and listings.
Aerial photography
Photos in RAW format, with exposure bracketing when needed, and stitched panoramas for large areas.
4K video and editing
4K footage shot in a profile suited to color grading, delivered as raw clips or as a short edit with music.
Vertical social media video
9:16 use for Reels and Shorts is planned during the shoot; vertical framing is captured separately instead of cropping horizontal footage later.
Sunrise and sunset
The long shadows of a low sun bring out terrain and architecture. The take-off point is prepared in advance for these short windows.
Where drone filming is used
Each type of project calls for a different flight pattern. Pick an area to see a sample route drawn over the footage.

Hotels and tourism
Location, views and the property as a whole. In Cappadocia, early mornings belong to balloon flights, so drone filming is scheduled outside that traffic; if a balloon view is needed, it is shot from the ground.
Before take-off: legal and safety checks
Five checks are completed in order before take-off. Select one to see what is looked at on the schematic map.
- Drone registration
- Pilot license
- Insurance
Delivered files
Drone footage can be used on its own, but it is often part of a larger project: a hotel promotional film, a factory promotional film or a hotel photo shoot.

- Format
- Color-graded 4K MP4 (H.264 or H.265), short edit with music
- Note
- Can be exported at different lengths and ratios for your website and social media. The music license is included in the edit.
Flight rules and permit processes may be updated by SHGM (Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation). Every project follows the current regulations; the information on this page is for general guidance only.
Drone filming step by step
We take the address and the purpose of the shoot, then check the zone's airspace status, permit requirements and any restrictions, and let you know.
What determines image quality?
Two drones with the same camera flying from the same spot can still produce different results. The difference usually lies in the camera settings and how the flight is planned.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗Shooting in a flat color profile (log): detail is kept between a bright sky and shaded ground, and color is later graded to match the brand's tone
Using ND filters: natural motion blur even in daylight, so footage looks smooth rather than choppy
Slow, single-direction moves: calm transitions that work in the edit instead of fast turns and sudden climbs
Sun angle: when the facade and terrain get good light is worked out in advance from satellite imagery and a site visit
Frequently Asked
Questions
No. The areas around airports, military zones and some public facilities are prohibited or restricted, and there are additional rules in city centers and crowded areas. In Kayseri, the area around Erkilet Airport is controlled airspace. Once we have your address, we check the zone and tell you before the shoot whether filming is possible and under what conditions.
It depends on the zone and the type of request; in unrestricted zones it can be resolved quickly, while some zones require approval from more than one authority. That's why we don't promise a fixed timeframe and instead plan the shoot date around the permit process. For urgent shoots, we check the zone's status first.
During the morning balloon flights, drone flights in the area are subject to restrictions, and flying near balloons is a serious safety risk. We do not fly drones at those times. If you want a view with balloons, we shoot it from the ground or a hotel terrace and schedule the drone work for after balloon traffic has ended.
We don't fly in wind, rain, fog or low visibility. That's why a backup day is set for outdoor shooting from the start. How a weather-related postponement is charged is stated in writing in the quote.
Night flights are subject to separate rules and permit conditions and aren't possible in every zone. For most projects, the short window after sunset (blue hour), when lights are on but the sky still has color, gives a better result and is easier to plan from a permit standpoint.
Yes. We deliver selected clips color graded, or with the original log-profile files on request. Whether raw footage is delivered, and the usage rights, are stated in the quote.
Yes, and it is usually planned that way. For hotels, drone work is done on the same day as the interior photo shoot; for factory films, together with the production footage inside. That way the site visit and preparation happen only once.
