Presentation
Design
Presentations for an investor meeting, a distributor meeting or a trade fair screen need a clear flow first, then a template your team can update on its own. We design master templates and presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
One master, two uses
The master keeps logo, page number and footer fixed while content changes. The on-stage and emailed versions of the same deck are written differently.

Next period plan
Short headline, one idea.
Speaker note: This file is the reading version for people who missed the meeting; every page stands on its own.
Example deck; content and chart are illustrative.
Flow before slides, then the template.
- 01
Content flow
Before moving to slides, the presentation's main idea and order are worked out on paper. Each slide carries a single message; read in sequence, the headlines form a summary of the presentation.
- 02
Master template
PowerPoint Slide Master, Keynote master slides or a Google Slides theme. With cover, section, text, image, chart and closing layouts ready, your team can add new slides without breaking the design.
- 03
Investor deck
Problem, solution, market, business model, traction, team, financial summary and the ask. Kept simple enough to read quickly; details move to appendix slides.
- 04
Sales and proposal deck
A modular structure that can be tailored by client and sector: company introduction, product or service, case examples, process and proposal summary. Your sales team doesn't start from scratch for every meeting.
- 05
Editable charts
Charts are built with the program's own chart tool, not as images. When the numbers change, the data table is updated and the design stays intact.
- 06
Speaker notes and PDF
The clean slides used when presenting are different from a PDF version sent by email with more explanation. Both versions are prepared if needed.
A different structure
for each type of deck.
Investor, sales, introduction and training decks can share one template, but they don't follow the same flow. Pick a type on the left; the stage switches to that deck's typical layout.
Investor
deck
A common slide order
for investor decks.
A good investor deck is built like a story: it opens with the problem, gains strength with proof and ends with a clear ask. Scroll to see each slide and where it sits on the curve.

Files delivered
by platform.
The template is built in the program your team uses every day. Since files converted from one platform to another can show font and animation differences, the master file is prepared in the right program from the start.
Delivered
PowerPoint
.pptx presentation and .potx template file; layouts, theme colors and text styles defined in the Slide Master.
Note: Suitable fonts can be embedded in the file; a fallback font is specified for those that can't.

Settings we build into the master template
A good presentation template lets someone who isn't a designer keep the layout intact when adding new slides. That's why we build the template with the program's own tools.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗Brand colors are defined as theme colors, so newly added charts and shapes automatically come in the right colors
Title, text and image areas are set up as placeholders, so the layout doesn't shift when content is pasted in
Fonts may not be installed on the computers where the deck is opened; embeddable or fallback fonts are chosen
16:9 is the standard for projectors and screens; it is checked separately for different venue screens
What we watch for
in a presentation
A deck works alongside the speaker. We tighten the copy, build the template so your team can use it, and keep financial content confidential.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Figures, product information and content specific to your company come from you. Turning that content into a presentation flow, shortening headlines and reducing the text per slide is our job. If copywriting from scratch is needed, we discuss the scope separately.
It should depend on which program your team uses. PowerPoint is more practical for Windows-based corporate teams, Keynote for teams on Mac, and Google Slides for teams collaborating on the same file. Since font options in Google Slides are limited to Google Fonts, the template is built accordingly.
There's no fixed number; what matters is how much time the audience will give you. The general trend is to keep the main deck short and move detailed financial tables and technical information to appendix slides. The version sent by email can be somewhat more explanatory than the one presented.
Yes. Working from your current file, the content is preserved and moved into a new template, long text is simplified and tables are turned into charts. The number of slides and how much the content is reorganized determine the scope.
If the font used isn't installed on that computer, the program substitutes another font and the layout shifts. To prevent this, suitable fonts are embedded in the PowerPoint file, or fallback fonts available on every computer are chosen. For critical presentations, we also recommend carrying a PDF backup.
Yes, we add them with the programs' own transition and animation tools. Embedding video increases file size; rather than relying on the venue's internet connection, we recommend carrying the video together with the presentation file.
The number of slides, whether a template is built from scratch, the number of charts and infographics, the need for copy editing and how many language versions are prepared. After the brief, we itemize the scope in the quote.
