What consulting covers

An outside view, applied from within

  • 01

    Account Audit

We review your recent posts using reach, saves, shares and non-follower reach data, and show you what is working and what is not.

  • 02

    Ad Account Review

We assess your Meta ad account's campaign structure, Pixel and Conversions API setup, audiences and creative performance.

  • 03

    Competitor and Industry Review

We compare the formats, posting frequency and topics of a few competitors and benchmark accounts in your industry.

  • 04

    Prioritized Roadmap

We rank the findings by importance and turn them into a roadmap showing who does what, and when, over the next three months.

  • 05

    Team Training

Hands-on sessions on shooting and editing Reels with a phone, scheduling in Meta Business Suite, reading insights and basic ad setup.

  • 06

    Processes and Templates

We create templates your team can use right away: a content calendar, shot brief, approval flow and saved-replies library.

  • 07

    Regular Follow-Up Sessions

We meet with your team at agreed intervals to review results and give direction wherever they get stuck.

  • 08

    Agency and Proposal Evaluation

If you plan to hire an outside agency or freelancer, we prepare the brief and evaluate the proposals with you in terms of scope and expectations.

Choosing the Right Service

Consulting, management or strategy?

This page covers outside review, direction and training for businesses that run social media with their own team. If you would rather hand the work itself over to us, another service may be a better fit.

This page is for you if

  • Your social media is run by your own employee or team
  • You feel the effort is not producing results
  • You want your team to improve at video, planning or advertising
  • You want an independent assessment before working with an agency
How we work

Consulting principles
that strengthen your team

We work toward your team being able to carry on the work on its own.

About us →
01
Recommendations you can act on
We take your team's time and skills into account. We do not hand a three-person team a plan built for a ten-person agency.
02
We let the data speak
We back our recommendations not with like counts but with data such as reach, saves, shares, profile visits and messages.
03
We do not create dependency
Our goal is for your team to run things on its own. The templates and training notes stay with you.
04
From a team that does the work
Our recommendations come from a team that does the same work for clients every day; they are not just theory.
05
Clear scope
The number of sessions, the deliverables and the dates are set out in writing from the start.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

With management, we plan, produce and publish the content and reply to messages. With consulting, your team does the work; we review where things stand, tell you what needs to change, equip your team with methods and templates, and give direction through regular sessions.

It suits businesses that have an in-house employee or small team responsible for social media but are not confident about the results. It is also a good choice for businesses that want an independent outside assessment before deciding whether to work with an agency.

A one-time review and roadmap is usually completed within a few weeks, depending on the number of accounts and channels. Consulting that includes training and follow-up sessions can extend over several months. The number of sessions and the dates are specified in the proposal.

It is tailored to your needs. Commonly requested topics include shooting vertical video on a phone and simple editing, building a content calendar, scheduling with Meta Business Suite, reading insights correctly, replying to comments and messages, the difference between boosting a post and using Ads Manager, and basic campaign setup. Training is hands-on, using your own accounts.

Yes. We review your Meta ad account's campaign structure, measurement setup (Pixel and Conversions API), audiences, creatives and spend allocation, and report back with concrete recommendations. We do not need to manage your ads afterwards; the recommendations can be implemented by your team or your current agency.

Yes, we can assess the state of your accounts and reports with an independent eye. We do this not to compare or assign blame, but to show what is going well, where there is room for improvement and how realistic the expectations are.

We do not ask for passwords. For analysis, we get access through your Meta business portfolio, with view-only permissions whenever possible. We recommend removing our access once the work is complete, and we use the data we review only for this engagement.
