Social Media
Ads Management

We manage paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X with one plan, one measurement setup and one report. First we decide which channel suits your business, then we shift the budget to where the data points.

Live demo · Budget routing

One budget, routed to channels by goal.

Pick a goal and the channels you want to use; the example starting split recalculates live. The real split is updated from data in the first test weeks.

Channel Selection and Budget Allocation

Based on where your audience is and how your sales cycle works, we recommend, with clear reasoning, which platform to start on and with how much budget. We do not recommend being everywhere.

Meta Campaigns (Instagram + Facebook)

Both platforms are managed from the same Ads Manager. We set up sales, lead, traffic and engagement campaigns, using Advantage+ options where they fit.

TikTok Ads

In-feed video campaigns and TikTok Pixel setup for brands that want to reach a young, broad audience where short vertical video comes first.

LinkedIn and X

LinkedIn for B2B businesses that need to reach corporate decision-makers, and X campaigns for communication tied to current conversations; platform-specific details are covered on their own pages.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we set up the Conversions API to send events from the server, and configure event deduplication to prevent double counting.

Privacy-Compliant Lead Forms

In-platform forms with a link to your KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice, separate checkboxes for explicit consent and marketing consent where required, and secure delivery of the collected data to you.

Creative Testing

We test the same offer with different opening seconds, visuals and copy, switch off creatives that do not perform and write briefs for new variations.

Account and Asset Ownership

Your business portfolio, ad account, Pixel and pages are created in your name; we access them as a partner. We set up two-factor authentication and permission structure together.

Measurement Setup

What we measure, and with which tools

Ad systems learn from the conversions reported to them. If measurement is incomplete, even the best creative gets shown to the wrong people. That is why we set up and test the infrastructure below before any campaign starts.

Meta Pixel

Policy, Legal and Security

What We Check Before Going Live

  • Meta rejects copy that implies a user's personal attributes (such as "Struggling with your weight?"), exaggerated health claims and misleading before/after images. We write copy with this in mind from the start.

  • If you collect personal data through a form, a link to your privacy notice under KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) is mandatory. If promotional SMS messages will be sent to the collected numbers, commercial electronic message consent must be obtained separately.

  • For influencer and collaboration content, Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board) regulations require the post to state clearly, and up front, that it is an ad. We check the paid partnership label and the disclosure text.

  • Does everyone with access to the ad account have two-factor authentication turned on? Have departing employees' permissions been removed? Hijacked accounts are among the most expensive problems.

Choosing the Right Service

This page, or a platform-specific one?

This page covers managing ads across several social platforms under one shared plan and budget. If you are focusing on a single platform, you will find more detail on its dedicated page.

This page is for you if

  • You have not yet decided which social platform to advertise on
  • You advertise on several platforms and want to see results in one report
  • You want to set up your Pixel, Conversions API and forms correctly from scratch
  • You want to allocate your ad budget across channels based on data

How we start with a new account

The most common mistake in multi-channel advertising is starting without measurement in place and spreading the budget everywhere. We start narrow and expand as data builds up.

Let's talk about your project

Book a call ↗

We define the goal in a single sentence: sales, leads, messages, bookings or awareness

We set up and test the Pixel, Conversions API and GA4 events that will measure that goal

We start with one or two channels and a budget large enough to learn from

We test creatives, scale the winners and add a new channel when it makes sense

About us →
01
Ad spend goes to the platform, from your card
Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn spend is charged directly to the payment method on your ad account. Our management fee is separate and clearly stated in the proposal.
02
All channels in one report
Platforms' own reports never line up with each other. With UTM tags and GA4, we compare channels on the same yardstick and explain the differences in the report.
03
Creative team under the same roof
We can produce the visuals, short videos and copy your ads need with our design and production team; materials from outside sources can also be used.
04
Policy checks before launch
Before anything goes live, we check for common rejection reasons such as health and finance claims, before/after images and copy that implies personal attributes.
05
Realistic expectations
The first weeks of social media ads are a learning phase. We agree in writing from the start on when decisions will be made and on what basis.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Usually not. With small and mid-sized budgets, spreading a little money across every platform means no channel collects enough data to learn from. For most businesses, we recommend starting with Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and considering LinkedIn if you sell B2B. A new channel is added once the first one delivers consistent results.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn through the payment method on your ad account, and the platform invoices you. What you pay us is the service fee for strategy, setup, creative management, optimization and reporting. Whether creative production is included and how many channels will be managed are itemized separately in the proposal.

The browser-based Pixel misses some conversions because of ad blockers, cookie preferences and privacy settings on mobile devices. The Conversions API sends the same events from your server as well. When the two are matched by event ID, measurement is more complete and the ad system learns better.

The form links to the KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice on your website. If you will also use the collected data for marketing, we add a separate consent checkbox for that; if you will send commercial messages by SMS or email, you also need commercial electronic message consent and registration with İYS (Turkey's Message Management System). We submit the legal wording for approval by you or your legal advisor.

The guidelines of the Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board) on social media influencers require paid posts, or posts involving a mutual benefit, to be identifiable as advertising at first glance; hashtags such as "#ad" or "#collaboration" and the platforms' paid partnership label serve this purpose. If we will also run these posts as ads, we use Meta's partnership ads feature.

We review the reason for rejection, make the necessary change to the copy or visual and resubmit it for review. If the rejection is unjustified, we handle the appeal. Policies are stricter in restricted categories such as health, aesthetics, finance, alcohol and gambling; in these industries we write copy to those rules from the start.

Boosting quickly turns an existing post into an ad, but its objective, audience, placement and measurement options are limited. In Ads Manager, the campaign objective, conversion event, audience exclusions, creative tests and budget allocation can all be fully controlled. We set up managed campaigns through Ads Manager.

You always have access to your ad accounts as well. Once a month, we prepare a report covering spend, results, cost per result, the strongest and weakest creatives, changes made and the plan for the following month, and we review it together. During busy campaign periods, a short weekly summary can also be shared.
