Ads

On Instagram, the creative largely determines whether an ad succeeds. We produce correctly sized content for Reels, Stories and Feed that gets to the point in the first second, and manage it through campaigns aimed at messages, form leads, bookings or sales.

One creative, three different screens.

Feed, Stories and Reels use different ratios and different interface layers. Drag the headline; you'll get a warning when it moves under the app interface.

Formats and campaign types

Ad types we run on Instagram

Reels Ads

For the vertical, full-screen, sound-on Reels feed, we edit short, subtitled videos that get to the point in the first second.

Stories Ads

Ads that appear between Stories and send people to your site, profile or inbox with a single tap; designed with the interface areas at the top and bottom of the screen kept clear.

Feed and Explore

4:5 vertical image and carousel ads. A good fit for product details, menus, room types or showing a process without before-and-after shots.

Direct Message Campaigns

Campaigns where customers asking about prices, bookings or appointments message you directly in Instagram DMs, supported by saved replies and FAQ flows.

Instant Form Ads

Forms that let users leave their details without leaving the app. We set them up with a link to your KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice and separate consent boxes where needed.

Partnership Ads

We run an influencer's or partner's post as an ad under their account with the "Paid partnership" label, and check that ad disclosure rules are met.

Catalog and Product Ads

For e-commerce sites, we connect your product catalog and set up dynamic ads that show people the product they viewed, or similar ones.

Placement-Level Analysis

We report what Reels, Stories and Feed each deliver, and resize creatives for the placement where they perform best.

Creative sizes by placement

Using the same image in every placement leads to cropped edges in Stories and Reels, or text hidden under interface elements. We prepare every creative in at least two aspect ratios.

4:5 vertical (1080 × 1350 px) recommended; 1:1 square also works

Things to watch

Put text in the caption instead of cramming it into the image; keep the first line short and clear

Specs follow Meta's current recommendations; we update our creative templates whenever the platform changes them.

How we work

What matters to us
in Instagram ads

Creative, profile and message traffic: the three parts of an ad that delivers results.

About us →
01
Creative comes first
Targeting on Instagram is increasingly automated; what shapes results most is the creative itself. We spend most of our time testing creatives.
02
Your profile is part of the ad
People who see an ad often check the profile first. We offer suggestions on your bio, Story highlights and recent posts.
03
Message traffic is planned
Before launching a DM campaign, we agree on who will reply and how quickly; an unanswered message is wasted budget.
04
Results, not followers
We do not report likes and follower counts as goals. We focus on a defined result such as messages, form leads, bookings or sales.
05
Working with design and video teams
We can produce the vertical videos and visuals the ads need together with our production and design teams.
How we work

From account check to creative refresh

  1. 01

    Account and profile review

We review the Instagram account's connection to your business portfolio, the Pixel and your profile layout.

  2. 02

    Creative set

Creatives and copy are prepared in Reels, Stories and Feed sizes, with at least two different approaches.

  3. 03

    Launch and testing

The campaign is set up around its objective, and creatives are compared under the same budget conditions.

  4. 04

    Refresh

As frequency rises and results drop, creatives are refreshed and winning approaches are scaled up.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Instagram ads are run through Meta Ads Manager. Your Instagram account needs to be switched to a professional account and connected to a Meta business portfolio. During setup we also connect your existing Facebook Page; if you don't have one and it is needed, we create it in your name.

Yes, you can run ads only on Instagram by selecting placements manually. However, Meta's automatic placements spread the budget across Facebook and other placements too, which often delivers results at a lower cost. If your audience and creatives are Instagram-specific, we recommend manual placements; otherwise, a comparison test.

We don't recommend follower count as a goal on its own; bought or uninterested followers do not help your account's reach. We set up ads for outcomes such as messages, form leads, website visits or sales. Campaigns aimed at profile visits can make sense when an account is new or during a launch.

No. Natural-looking vertical videos shot on a phone often perform better on Reels than studio-produced ads. What matters is getting to the point in the first second, using subtitles so the video works with the sound off, and clear footage. When professional filming is needed, we support you with our social media video service.

Messages arrive in your account and are usually answered by your sales or reservations team, since they have the fastest access to pricing, availability and appointment details. We set up saved replies, FAQ buttons and an automatic greeting message. If you would also like to outsource message handling, it can be planned with set working hours as part of social media management.

Yes. With partnership ads, an influencer's post can run as an ad under their account name; the influencer must grant permission. Under the regulations of the Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board), the post must be clearly disclosed as advertising, so we check Instagram's "Paid partnership" label and the wording in the caption together.

There is no fixed interval. It is time to refresh when the number of times the same person sees the ad (frequency) climbs and cost per result rises. With small, local audiences this happens sooner. That is why we prepare several creative approaches at the start of a campaign and flag refresh needs separately in our reports.
