Social Media
Management
From the content calendar to design, from approval to publishing, and from comments and messages to the monthly report, we take on the day-to-day work of your social media accounts. All you do is approve the plan and the content.
Every post goes through the same approval path before going live.
In the weekly calendar each piece moves from draft to published. The flow advances by itself; click a card to push it to the next stage yourself.

What we need from you
Even when we run your accounts, good content cannot be produced without information from inside the business. For a steady flow, here is what we ask of you.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗A single authorized person to give approvals
Campaign, discount, new product and event details shared before the month begins
Photos and videos from your business; access to the premises and staff consent for shoots
Frequently asked questions, current pricing and opening hours
Access to accounts through your business portfolio, without sharing passwords
Everything we take on, from calendar to report
Monthly Content Calendar
We plan next month's posts by date, format and topic, built around special days, your campaigns and your season.
Design and Short Video
We produce posts, carousels, Stories and Reels edits using templates that match your brand identity. On-site shoots are planned separately when needed.
Copy and Captions
Post copy in your brand voice, relevant hashtags and proofreading, including engagement elements such as Story polls and question boxes.
Approval Flow
Nothing is published without your approval. The calendar and visuals are presented with previews in a shared file, and your comments are collected in the same place.
Scheduling and Publishing
We schedule approved content with Meta Business Suite or the platform's own scheduler and check each post after it goes live.
Comment and Message Management
We reply to comments and messages during the hours set out in the proposal, and forward topics such as pricing, bookings or complaints to the person you designate.
Negative Comment Protocol
For comments containing complaints, harsh criticism or misinformation, we agree in writing from the start on who responds, how, and in which situations.
Monthly Report
Reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits and message counts; the strongest and weakest posts, and takeaways for the following month.
A Month of Content Step by Step
04 — Publishing
Approved content is scheduled. Comments are monitored after publishing, and a report is prepared at the end of the month.
What determines the scope of the monthly service
Instead of fixed packages, we define the scope around your needs. The items below directly affect both the workload and the proposal.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Rather than a fixed number, we set it based on the account's goals and production capacity. Fewer posts that are regular and well prepared perform better than frequent but careless ones. The monthly number of posts, Reels and Stories is stated clearly in the proposal and can be adjusted as needs change.
We share next month's calendar before the current month ends. Once you approve the topics, the visuals and copy are prepared and sent back for your approval in a preview file. Your revision requests are collected in the same file. Content that is not approved is not published.
If community management is in scope, we reply to comments and messages on the days and hours set out in the proposal; weekday business hours are the usual baseline, and other needs are planned separately. Topics that need your input, such as pricing, bookings, orders or complaints, are forwarded immediately to the person you designate. We build a Q&A library with you for ready-made replies.
No, we do not delete comments that contain criticism; deleting them usually provokes a bigger backlash. Comments containing insults, spam, personal data or illegal content are hidden or removed in line with platform rules. With complaints, we first clarify the situation with you, then reply briefly and calmly and move the conversation to private messages.
Design work and edits made from footage you already have are included in the monthly service. If on-site photo or video shoots are needed at your business, shoot days are planned separately; options such as one shoot day a month or a seasonal batch shoot are specified in the proposal.
No. Paid ad management is a separate service, and ad spend is paid directly to the platform. If posts need to be boosted, we plan that under our social media ads management service, together with the tracking setup.
We can suggest suitable influencers for your brand and prepare the brief and schedule. Under the regulations of the Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board), such posts must clearly state that they are advertising; we check that labels such as "ad" or "collaboration" and the platform's paid partnership tag are used.
The accounts are yours to begin with; agency access is simply removed. Editable source files for the designs and videos produced for you, along with templates, are handed over according to the usage terms stated in the proposal.
