Content Planning

Stop rethinking what to post every morning. We prepare next month's topics, formats, post copy and video shot briefs in advance; your team simply produces and publishes.

Live demo · Content pillars

Pick the pillars, let the wheel build the weekly plan.

A content plan isn't fed by random ideas but by a few core themes (pillars) the brand talks about regularly. Toggle pillars and spin the wheel; an example weekly plan appears.

↳ Click slices to add/remove pillars, then "Generate plan"

What's in the calendar

A month ahead, ready line by line

Monthly Content Calendar

The date, platform, format, topic and purpose of every post in a single table. Your team can see at a glance what needs to be prepared that week.

Topic Pool

A list of topics grouped by your brand's content pillars and fed by customer questions and the season, ready to use whenever you need something outside the plan.

Format Recommendations

The best format for each topic: Reels, carousel, single image or story, in a format mix that stays within your team's production capacity.

Post Copy

Captions, opening-line options, calls to action and relevant hashtags, written in your brand voice and ready to publish.

Reels Shot Briefs

An opening line, shot list, on-screen text and suggested length for videos shot on a phone. Whoever is filming just needs to know what to shoot.

Holiday and Seasonal Plan

Religious and national holidays, your industry's busy periods and your own campaign dates are added to the calendar in advance, so there are fewer last-minute posts.

Platform Adaptation

The same topic is planned as a short video on Instagram and as a more formal post on LinkedIn. We avoid copying one piece of content everywhere.

Review of the Previous Month

Before preparing the new plan, we look at last month's posts and carry the topics and formats that worked well into the next calendar.

What a one-week plan looks like

The rows below show a sample week prepared for a furniture maker in Kayseri. In the real calendar, each row also includes the post copy and its approval status.

Keeping the Plan Off the Shelf 4 Working Habits

One month · example

Batch Production Day

Shooting the month's videos in a single day and preparing the photos in one go is far more sustainable than trying to create new content every day. We group the plan accordingly.

One month · example

Recurring Series

A formatted series published on the same day each week saves the team from hunting for ideas from scratch every time. For a furniture maker, for example: "A detail from the workshop".

One month · example

Space Left Open

We do not fill the entire calendar. Each week we leave room for current events, a new product or a great moment inside the business.

One Point Person

It should be clear who carries out the plan and who approves it. We review the calendar with this person in a short call every month.

How we work

What we focus on
for a calendar you can follow

A plan that can actually be carried out matters more than one that looks good.

About us →
01
A plan you can actually produce
We ask how much content your team can produce each week and build the plan around that. An ambitious calendar nobody can follow is more demoralizing than having no plan at all.
02
Topics from inside your business
We draw topics not from generic lists online but from the questions your customers ask, from your sales team and from real moments in your business.
03
We leave room for the unexpected
We keep part of the calendar open for breaking news, a new product or a great moment worth sharing.
04
We build series
Recurring weekly series with a set format (e.g. "Question of the Week", "From the Workshop") make production easier and give followers a sense of rhythm.
05
Copy that is ready to publish
Delivered copy has been checked for spelling and meaning, so your team does not need to rewrite it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

With content planning, we prepare what to post, when and with what copy; your team handles the design, filming and publishing. With social media management, we also take on design, publishing, comment and message management, and reporting.

The core service covers the calendar, copy and briefs. If you do not have a designer on your team, we can also design the posts in the calendar or create your brand templates as an add-on; the scope is specified separately in the proposal. If short videos need to be filmed, they are planned through our social media video service.

We deliver the next month's plan before the current month ends, so your team can start production on time. The exact delivery date is agreed at the start, based on how long your team needs for production.

We usually use a shared spreadsheet, a format everyone can open and comment on. If your team uses a tool such as Notion, Trello or the Meta Business Suite planner, we can prepare the plan there instead.

Yes. In the kickoff call we put together a short framework covering audience, tone and main topics. However, if you want your brand voice, personas and content pillars defined thoroughly and in writing, doing a brand strategy project first will make your plans more consistent.

Every month, before preparing the new plan, we review the previous month's posts: reach, saves, shares, profile visits and messages. We note which topics and formats performed well and update the calendar accordingly. If you grant access, we read this data directly from your accounts.

The purpose of the video, the hook to say or show in the first two or three seconds, the order of shots, on-screen text, the type of audio to use, estimated length and the caption. We write it clearly enough that an employee filming on a phone can carry it out on their own.
