Corporate
Print Materials
We design the materials you use every day, such as business cards, brochures, company profiles, letterheads, menus and invitations, to match your corporate identity, and deliver them as print-ready files together with paper, size and finish recommendations.
Choose the paper and the finish
Business card, letterhead and envelope are designed as one set. Paper stock and finish (spot UV, foil, emboss) change how the result looks and feels.
↳ Choose paper/finish, click the card to flip it, hover to tilt
Paper
Finish
Metallic foil; watch minimum line weights.
Example set; paper and finish looks are on-screen simulations — the printer's proof is the reference.
Before sending to print
Most errors in print work come not from the design but from file preparation: text lost in trimming, muddy blacks, a wrong phone number. We check every file against this list before it goes to the printer.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗3 mm bleed on every edge and a safe area unaffected by trimming
Fonts are embedded or outlined; small text is set to print in single-color black
Files are prepared in CMYK, to the printer's color profile and paper type
A final approval PDF is sent before printing to check phone numbers, addresses, titles and spelling
Separate layer files are prepared as the printer requires for finishes such as foil, varnish or embossing
Everyday paper, designed as one set
Business cards
Single- or double-sided, with a template where name and title can be changed for every employee. Phone, email and QR code are placed at a legible size and in the right hierarchy.
Brochures and flyers
A5 flyers, single-sheet A4 or tri-fold brochures. Which panel is seen first when folded, and keeping text off the fold lines, are planned from the start.
Company profile
A brochure presenting who the company is, its facilities and production capacity, with certification and reference pages. A printed version to leave behind at meetings and a PDF version to send by email.
Letterhead, envelopes, folders
Letterhead for official correspondence and quotes, DL envelopes and presentation folders with pockets. A Word version of the letterhead for office printing is also prepared.
Invitations and events
Invitations, name badges, table cards and wayfinding signs for openings, distributor meetings, launches or year-end events, in printed and digital (e-invitation) versions.
Menus and point of sale
Restaurant menus, table tents, hotel room information cards, door hangers and countertop brochure holders. An easy-to-edit structure for frequently updated prices and information.
Sizes, paper
and printing options
The sizes below are standards widely used in Turkey. The exact size, paper and bleed are always confirmed against the specifications of the printer you'll be working with.
Frequently requested
materials by sector
One identity, dressed differently for each sector. Pick a sector and the same set on the table changes into the pieces that business actually orders.
KHotels and tourism
In-room information cards, door hangers, welcome letters, key card sleeves, tour and activity brochures. For accommodation businesses in Cappadocia, these are usually prepared in Turkish and English, sometimes in more languages.
Print-aware
design decisions
Paper weight, fold direction and finish are decided while designing, not discovered at the printer. That keeps the set consistent and the reprints painless.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Printing is done by print shops; we handle the design and print files. If you have a printer you work with, we prepare files to their specifications. If not, we help choose a printer suited to the job type and quantity, and follow the proof and delivery process. Printing costs are determined separately by the printer's quote.
Screen colors are made with light (RGB), while print uses ink (CMYK); the type and color of the paper also affect the result. The difference is especially noticeable in vivid oranges, greens and blues. For jobs where your brand color is critical, we recommend a Pantone reference or a printed proof check.
As a general rule, digital printing suits low-volume and urgent jobs, while offset suits high volumes. Offset lowers the unit cost on large runs and provides color consistency. The right method is settled with the printer based on quantity, paper and finishes.
A template is set up and each employee's details are entered into it. When someone new joins, only the name, title and contact details change. If you like, we can deliver the template so your own team can edit it.
We can, but making separate color and font decisions for each piece creates inconsistency over time. If you have a logo file, we recommend at least creating a short set of rules that defines color codes and typefaces. For a comprehensive project, see our corporate identity page.
Yes. Alongside the print-ready PDF, Illustrator or InDesign source files and the images used are delivered. Materials used in the office, such as letterhead and quote templates, are also provided in Word or Google Docs format.
Brochures and company profiles of a few pages fall under this service. Catalogs with many products, codes and technical details require a page plan and template system, so they are planned separately as catalog design.
