UGC
Video Production
UGC means videos in which a content creator presents your product on their own phone, in their own words. We manage the whole process, from creator selection and usage rights contracts to ad labeling and the versions to test in your campaigns.
Brief → script → video: working with a creator
UGC videos look natural but are planned. The brief between brand and creator turns into a short script and ends up as a phone-shot video. Click the steps; switch off the partnership label to see what happens. (Example flow.)

Ad · Paid partnershipAd Disclosure and Legal Compliance
UGC looks informal, but when it is made in exchange for payment or products it is legally advertising. Viewers need to be able to tell.
Let's talk about your project
Book a call ↗Under the social media influencer guidelines of the Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board), posts involving a commercial collaboration must carry a clear label such as 'ad' or 'collaboration' at the start of the content, where it is easy to notice
Platform tools are used as well: the 'paid partnership' label on Instagram and the commercial content disclosure on TikTok
A creator is never shown using a product they haven't used; an experience that never happened or a made-up customer review is misleading advertising
For cosmetics, food supplements and health-related products, therapeutic claims are subject to separate regulations; scripts are checked with this in mind
The agreement with each creator is in writing: fee, delivery date, usage rights and labeling obligations
Every step we manage, from creator to ad
Creator Selection
Content creators who resemble your target customer and speak naturally on camera. We look at their past work, tone of voice, and picture and sound quality more than their follower count.
Brief & Script Outline
Creators don't get a script to memorize. They get the points to cover, what not to say, example hooks and a list of shots to capture.
Product Shipping & Scheduling
Shipping products to creators, tracking deliveries and scheduling shoot dates. Time is left before filming so the creator can actually use the product and form an opinion.
Usage Rights Contract
Which channels the video will be used on, for how long and in which regions, editing rights and any exclusivity are set out in writing before filming.
Spark Ads & Partnership Ads
Running the video as an ad under the creator's account name: a Spark Ads authorization code on TikTok, partnership ads on Meta. Access permissions and duration are defined in the contract.
Editing & Ad Cutdowns
From the raw footage we produce multiple ad versions with different openings, in 6, 15 and 30 second lengths, with captions.
The structure of a UGC ad
Four sections on an edit timeline. Alternative openings for the hook sit on their own track; in ad testing only the opening or the close of the same video is swapped. Click a section or press space to pause.
Hook
Take A · Face
Opening · first 1–3 seconds
The creator's face, a question or the result itself. This is where viewers decide whether to keep watching; several different openings of the same video are shot.

Unboxing & first impressions
Opening the package, handling the product for the first time, its size and texture. Answers the e-commerce question 'what does it really look like?' and works well for products with carefully designed packaging.

What goes into a usage rights contract?
The fee paid to a creator depends on how, and for how long, the video will be used. These terms are settled before filming. Open the clauses to read them.

What's defined
Organic posts, paid ads, website, product pages, email, in-store screens
Why it matters
Use in ads is usually priced higher than organic use.

Looks informal,
runs on a plan
UGC feels natural not because it is unplanned, but because of a well-written brief, a clear usage rights contract and the right disclosure label.
About us →How a UGC campaign is set up
- 01
Goals & Test Plan
The product, target audience and messages to test in ads are defined; the number of creators and versions needed follows from this.
- 02
Creator Selection & Contract
A shortlist of candidates is sent for your approval; fees, delivery and usage rights are agreed in writing with the selected creators.
- 03
Product Shipping & Brief
Products are shipped, and each creator receives a brief describing their own angle along with a shot list.
- 04
Filming & Review
Incoming raw videos are checked against the brief, for sound and picture quality, and for statements that shouldn't be made.
- 05
Editing, Labeling & Launch
Ad cutdowns are prepared, labeling is applied, and Spark Ads or partnership ad access is set up.
Frequently Asked
Questions
With influencer marketing, you pay to reach the creator's audience; the post is published on their account. With UGC, what you actually need is the video itself: the creator produces the content and you use it in your own ads, on your website or on product pages. Follower count is secondary, and the two models can be combined in the same project.
If the video is posted on a creator's own account in exchange for payment or products, the Reklam Kurulu (Turkish Advertising Board) guidelines require a clear label such as 'ad' or 'collaboration', and the platforms' paid partnership labels are switched on too. For videos run as ads from the brand's own account, the platform shows a 'Sponsored' label; even so, the video is never edited to give the impression of an independent customer review.
For videos used in ads, terms of 3, 6 or 12 months are typical; the longer the term, the higher the fee. When the term ends, the ads must be stopped or the rights renewed. If it isn't yet clear which videos will be used long term, it is more economical to start with a short term and extend it for the ones that perform well.
Both let you run an ad under the creator's account name rather than the brand's. On TikTok, the creator generates an authorization code for their post and your ad account uses that post as an ad. On Meta (Instagram and Facebook), the creator grants the brand permission for partnership ads. The duration and scope of access are specified in the contract.
One creator and one video don't provide enough data to learn what works. Starting with several different creators, each with different openings, shows which face and which message perform better. The number is set in the quote based on your ad budget and test plan.
Yes. The product is shipped before filming and the creator is given time to use it. We don't push a creator who tries the product and says they can't genuinely recommend it; we suggest someone else instead.
We prepare a shortlist based on your target audience, product category and budget, and review candidates' previous videos for sound, lighting and delivery. The final choice is made with your approval, and we also check for recent collaborations with competing brands.
If footage doesn't follow the brief (missing shots, incorrect product use, poor sound), the creator re-shoots that part. Editing revisions are limited to the number of rounds stated in the quote. If the brief changes after filming, a new shoot is charged separately.
