Hotel Website
Design

We design hotel websites that describe your rooms in detail, can be read in each guest's own language and connect directly to your booking engine. The goal: guests who are already researching you can book through your own channel instead of an OTA.

Live demo · hotel site mockup

One home page, three hotel personalities

A hotel site's design comes from the hotel's character: a boutique stone mansion and a beach resort shouldn't share the same home page. Switch the hotel type and the device; colours, typefaces, imagery and section order change, and the layout reflows for each screen.

↳ Pick a hotel type and a device. The mockup scrolls by itself and waits when you hover or pause it.

Booking engine integration

Your existing booking engine and channel manager are connected to the site. Guests pick dates and party size on your site, and availability and rates come from the engine.

Room type pages

A dedicated page for each room type with size, bed configuration, capacity, view, bathroom and amenities, plus its own gallery. The details guests ask about most sit right below the photos.

Multilingual content

Pages in languages such as English, German, Russian, Arabic and Chinese, matched to your target markets, each with its own URL and hreflang tags. The booking engine's language is matched too.

Google Hotels and Maps visibility

Hotel details consistent with your Google Business Profile, plus Hotel structured data. For an official-site link in Google's price box, your booking engine provider's connection is activated.

Gallery, video and virtual tour

A fast-loading gallery, a short promotional video and an embedded 360° virtual tour. Large images are sized so they don't slow the page down.

Restaurant, spa and event pages

Menus, booking/contact forms and an events calendar for the areas that also sell to guests who aren't staying at the hotel.

Offers and packages

Offers such as early booking, honeymoon and weekend packages are published from the panel and come down automatically when they expire.

Location and getting there

Airport distances, transfer options and nearby points of interest. For Cappadocia hotels: transport from Kayseri and Nevşehir airports, plus hot-air balloon and tour information.

Booking measurement

Tracking clicks from the site to the engine and completed bookings in GA4; if the engine runs on a different domain, cross-domain tracking is set up.

Booking

A direct booking channel

Guests who have found your site, are returning or are researching you should be able to pick dates and guests on the site, see the rate and complete the booking in a few steps through your own channel. The booking box sits on every page and stays within reach on mobile too.

Infrastructure

How the booking infrastructure connects to the site

A hotel website doesn't sell on its own; it works together with systems running in the background. Knowing which one does what also makes choosing providers easier.

Booking engine

Booking engine

The screen where guests pick dates, see rates and pay. The search box on your site opens the engine with the selected dates and party size, and the engine's design is adapted to the site's colors and fonts.

How a hotel website

Kickoff and target markets

We discuss your guest profile, which countries they come from, your OTA vs. direct channel balance, and the booking engine and PMS you use.

02

The home page, room page and booking hand-off are designed mobile-first, then for desktop, and submitted for approval.

04
Launch

Integration, testing and launch

The booking engine is connected and test bookings are made; the multilingual structure, measurement and Search Console are set up. After launch, your team gets panel training.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

No. OTAs are separate sales channels and keep working. If you use a channel manager, room inventory is managed from a single source across all channels, so a booking from your site automatically reduces availability on the other channels too. On rate parity, you'll need to take the terms of your OTA contracts into account.

The booking engine is usually a separate service, contracted directly with the channel manager/booking engine provider; it may be billed monthly or per booking. If you already have a provider, we connect it to the site; if not, we'll weigh the options together based on the size of your hotel.

In Google Hotels price results, the official-site link works through your booking engine provider's connection with Google (as a connectivity partner). If your provider supports it, we set it up together; we also update the website link and hotel details in your Google Business Profile.

The number of languages should follow the countries your guests come from; a few well-translated languages perform better than many machine-translated ones. Translation can be done by a translator of your choice, or we coordinate with a professional translator. We don't recommend automatic translation plugins.

Yes. We offer hotel photography, promotional films, drone footage and 360° virtual tours. When planned on the same timeline as the website, images are shot to fit the page layout directly (landscape, portrait and cover ratios).

Yes. Room descriptions, offers, the gallery, restaurant menu and announcements are changed from the panel. Rates and availability already come from the booking engine, so they don't need separate updates on the site.

In GA4 we set up events for booking searches on the site, clicks through to the engine and completed bookings. If the engine is on a different domain, cross-domain tracking is configured; depending on the engine provider's measurement support, revenue data can be reported too. That way you can see how advertising and SEO affect bookings.

The domain, hosting and SSL are registered in your hotel's name, and admin access stays with you. We work as an authorized user and hand over the access list at the end of the project.
